🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and procedures

✅ Assist in patient assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans

✅ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Support maternity patients through labor, delivery, and postnatal care (for G&M nurses)

✅ Monitor patient vital signs, progress, and promptly report any changes

✅ Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

✅ Follow infection control protocols and clinical safety guidelines

✅ Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication use, and recovery care

✅ Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes

✅ Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

✅ Uphold patient confidentiality and dignity at all times

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute

✅ Registered Nurse with Gujarat Nursing Council or Indian Nursing Council

✅ 1–2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting

Hands-on experience in General & Midwifery nursing

✅ Strong clinical and patient care skills

✅ Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

✅ Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations with composure

✅ Empathy, dedication, and a strong sense of responsibility

✅ Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
