Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing customer relationships through effective interactions, timely assistance, and problem-solving.
  • Documentation, data preparation, data consolidation, and report preparation.
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration with various teams to align strategies and optimize the customer journey.
  • Attend training sessions, reviews, and evaluations throughout the training period.
  • Assisting the department in the day-to-day operations of ongoing projects.


Eligibility Criteria:


  • Candidates must have graduated in 2022 or later.
  • Must have less than 1 year of work experience.
  • Open to Diploma holders, Graduates (Non-Technical), or equivalent qualifications.
  • Candidates pursuing a Master's degree or who have completed one are not eligible for the position
