Install and troubleshoot applications and system software. Configure, monitor, and maintain servers (physical and virtual). Manage VMware and virtual environments. Handle switch and routing configurations for internal networks. Monitor system performance, conduct routine checks, and ensure IT assets are secure and operational. Provide technical support to internal teams for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Maintain documentation for IT assets, processes, and troubleshooting guides. Assist in scaling IT infrastructure as the company grows. Requirements 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration. Strong understanding of system security, firewalls, and antivirus tools. Proficiency in managing both Windows and macOS environments. Experience with VMware or other virtualization platforms. Knowledge of switch configuration, routing protocols, and basic network troubleshooting. Familiarity with server setup and maintenance (on-premise or cloud-based). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Certifications like CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, MCSA, CCNA, or similar are a plus. Prior experience in a fast-paced tech/startup environment is an advantage.
