This involves defining product offerings, pricing models, billing cycles, and business rules.Customization: They may develop custom components and extensions to the Oracle BRM system to add functionality or integrate it with other systems, such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or payment gateways.Data Modeling: Oracle BRM Developers design data models and schemas to represent customer subscription information, products, usage, and billing data within the Oracle BRM system.Pricing and Rating: They configure pricing models and rating engines in Oracle BRM to accurately calculate charges for products and services based on customer usage and business rules.Pipeline Configuration: Oracle BRM includes a real-time processing pipeline for rating and charging. Developers configure and fine-tune the pipeline to ensure that usage data is processed accurately and in a timely manner.Integration: They integrate Oracle BRM with other systems and applications, such as CRM, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and payment gateways, to ensure seamless data exchange and process flows.Custom Business Logic: Oracle BRM Developers write custom business logic using languages like C/C++, Java, or the built-in BRM scripting language to implement unique billing and revenue management rules.Billing and Invoicing: They set up billing cycles, generate invoices, and configure invoice formatting based on organizational needs.
