Job Title: Executive NOC Engineer / NOC Engineer Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled NOC Engineer to join our Voice NOC & Technical Assistance Center, supporting a leading U.S.-based telecom client. The role involves managing voice services like Hosted PBX, SIP Trunking, PRI, and Toll-Free with a focus on technical support, network monitoring, and incident resolution. Key Responsibilities: Provide Tier 1–3 support for voice services: Hosted PBX, SIP, PRI, Toll-Free, etc. Monitor and troubleshoot network elements: routers, switches, SBCs, and soft switches. Analyze call traces (SIP/SS7) and diagnose call quality issues. Coordinate with vendors and carriers for escalations and testing. Manage routing changes, customer-impacting issues, and VoIP features. Support platforms like Cisco CUCM, CME, Avaya Aura, Sansay, and Oracle SBCs. Qualifications: Experience in telecom voice operations and NOC environments. Strong knowledge of SIP, SS7, RTP. Proficient in using tools like Empirix for trace analysis. Familiarity with PBX systems, VoIP phones, and circuit troubleshooting. Show more Show less
