If you're an immediate or early joiner, we’d love to connect!About the Role - Role: Technology Specialist – NGN About the Role – Technology Specialist – NGN Location: Hyderabad Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities:Configure and maintain Cisco routers, switches, Cisco Meraki, and LogicMonitorSupport and enhance network security using VPNs, firewalls, and SD-WANTroubleshoot and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 network incidentsCollaborate on public cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and maintain up-to-date documentationWork closely with a collaborative global IT team on infrastructure improvements Required Skills & Qualifications:CCNA Certification (Mandatory)Minimum of 5+ years hands-on experience with Cisco networking hardwareStrong understanding of BGP, OSPF, IP networking, and VPN technologiesProven experience with Cisco Meraki and LogicMonitorExcellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills Preferred (Good to Have):Experience with security and networking tools such as Palo Alto, Extreme, Checkpoint, Sophos, Juniper, and Fortinet
