Motion Graphic Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Promo Video Editing:

  Edit raw materials into multiple dynamic variations, extracting key emotional and story-driven moments to maximize viewer engagement.

• Audio-Visual Stitching:

  Seamlessly integrate voiceovers, music, SFX, and visuals to create coherent and emotionally impactful narratives.

• Transitions & Enhancements:

  Add custom transitions, visual effects, text animations, and motion enhancements to elevate video quality.

• Creative Collaboration:

  Work closely with the Associate Creative Director (ACD) to understand the creative vision and implement feedback efficiently.

• Format Adaptations:

  Adapt content into different aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 16:9) and styles for A/B testing and platform-specific optimization.

• Quality Control:

  Ensure that final exports meet high visual and audio standards through thorough reviews and revisions.

• Performance-Driven Iteration:

  Collaborate with the marketing team to iterate edits based on campaign data and user engagement insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in video editing or motion design, ideally within performance marketing or digital media.
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality motion graphics, social media ads, or story-based promo videos.
• Familiarity with interpreting campaign metrics and using insights to improve video performance.

Required Skills

• Motion Graphics & Animation:

  Proficient in Adobe After Effects (Cinema 4D is a plus) with the ability to create engaging visual sequences and title animations.

• Video Editing:

  Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent), with an understanding of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling.

• Audio Synchronization:

  Skilled in syncing audio elements (dialogue, music, SFX) to visuals for maximum impact.

• Creative Thinking:

  Strong storytelling instincts with a flair for visually representing emotions, drama, and character arcs.

• Detail-Oriented Execution:

  High attention to detail in compositing, typography, transitions, and visual consistency.

• Team Collaboration:

  Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and incorporate creative feedback.
