MIS Operator

Experience with MS AccessWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Operator to manage and maintain our Management Information Systems. The ideal candidate must have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong ability to work with data to support business decisions. You will be responsible for preparing reports, analyzing data trends, and ensuring the accuracy and availability of data across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using advanced Excel functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros, Charts, etc.).

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support management decision-making.

Maintain and update MIS databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure reports meet user needs.

Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve reporting errors in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with data governance and company policies regarding information management.

Assist in creating dashboards and visual presentations for internal use.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.

1–3 years of experience in a similar MIS/Data entry/Reporting role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
