Job Title: MIS Executive (for pharmaceutical company)

Experience: 1–3 Years (Relevant MIS experience only)

Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Location: Industrial Area, Phase-1, Panchkula, Haryana (nearby candidate or able to relocate can apply)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS executive for our pharmaceutical company One Air International. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, generating reports, maintaining databases, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, manage, and analyze data from various departments.
• Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Prepare dashboards, summaries, and presentations for management.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with teams to resolve them.
• Assist in automation of reports using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reports.
• Provide support in audits and documentation.
• Coordinate with different teams to gather information as required.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling large datasets.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
