Meta Ads Manager

who can fuel our growth and help us convert traffic into loyal customers.

What You’ll Do

As our Meta Ads Manager, you’ll be responsible for:💥 Creating, managing & optimizing high-converting Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns📈 Analyzing performance, reporting key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA)🧠 Developing paid media strategies aligned with our brand's voice and business goals⚖️ Ensuring compliance with Meta advertising policies🎯 Running A/B tests, experimenting with creatives, and optimizing budget allocation

Compensation Structure

Trial Period (1 Month):

Unpaid, to evaluate performance and strategic fit

Post-Trial:

Performance-based monthly compensation

Bonuses:

Potential bonuses based on exceeding KPIs (sales, ROAS, conversions)

Who We're Looking For

✅ Prior experience managing DTC e-commerce ad accounts✅ Proven track record with ROAS-based scaling✅ Knowledge of Meta’s ad ecosystem & ad policy compliance✅ Obsessed with testing, iteration, and performance metrics✅ Able to work independently with clear reporting and communication
