We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with expertise in developing scalable and high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack.

 Writeclean, modular, and scalable code following best practices.

 Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.

 Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

 Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or similar methods.

 Work with databases such as MongoDB (including aggregation, indexing, and performance optimization).

 Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams to deliver high quality applications.  Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.

 Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 2-6years of experience in MERN Stack development.

 Proficiency in React.js, Redux, Hooks, Context API for frontend development.

 Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, and building scalable APIs.

 Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Mongoose, and database management.

 Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus.

 Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.

 Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

 Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have:

 Experience with GraphQL.

 Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time applications.  Exposure to microservices architecture
