Quantity Surveyor - JD for Civil Engineer Experience :- 4 years Qualifications:- B-Tech (Civil) Location : Jaipur , Rajasthan Salary range : 45k to 50k CTC Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements. Preparing BOM as per conceptual & GFC Drawings Preparation BBS of Priority basis as per GFC Drawings Documentation’s Knowledge of AUTO Cad to preparation fast track Quantity survey. Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals. Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents. Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies. Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required. Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets. Travelling from the office to various sites as required.
