Job Title: Merchandiser

Location: Gurgaon, India

Key Responsibilities

• Track open orders and ensure their timely delivery.
• Create vendors and negotiate contract terms, including agreement and pricing.
• Review the quality of purchased products and suggest improvements to enhance product quality.
• Generate reports and maintain data in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery details, and invoices.
• Prepare purchase reports, including cost analysis and comparison of orders vs. supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and maintain sufficient stock of high-demand products.

• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay informed about industry trend

What are we looking for

• Proven work experience as a similar role. 
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices and strong clear communications.  
• Good knowledge of Software and MS-Office, Supply chain process.
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability and Negotiation skills, Product cost control process.
• Vendors Coordination and follow up for dispatches and sample development etc.
• In-depth understanding of jewellery materials, designs, manufacturing processes, and market trends.
• A keen eye for detail with a passion for quality, design aesthetics, and market demands.
• Good knowledge of handling jewelry launches from strategy to design selection. 
• The person should be from the jewelry industry

Salary Range: 8-12 LPA

Experience Required: 4-6 years
