What you'll do

• Manage sourcing, vendor coordination, and timely deliveries
• Ensure high product quality and explore improvements
• Maintain order, delivery, and inventory records
• Support new collection launches with cross-functional teams
• Monitor stock levels and manage reorders for key SKUs

What we'are looking for

You should have:

✔ 2–6 years of merchandising experience (stong preference for a prior jewellery background)

✔ Strong vendor management, negotiation, and sourcing skills

✔ Knowledge of jewellery materials, trends, and production workflows

✔ Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and analytical reporting

✔ A sharp eye for quality, design aesthetics, and consumer demand

✔ Excellent coordination and communication abilities
