🧠 Role Overview:

As the Marketing Team Lead, you will head our marketing vertical—developing, executing, and supervising campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences while aligning with our brand’s aesthetic and business goals.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the marketing strategy across social media, influencer collaborations, paid ads, and offline promotions
• Supervise a team of content creators, designers, editors, and social media managers
• Plan and execute campaigns for weddings, exhibitions, and brand-led events
• Work closely with the business development team to support lead generation and B2B outreach
• Oversee the creation of engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, emailers, and marketing decks
• Identify marketing trends and use data/insights to optimize campaign performance
• Manage media budgets, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports
• Ensure consistent brand tone, aesthetic, and storytelling across all communication

🎯 Requirements:

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in events, lifestyle, or creative industries
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strategic thinker with a creative edge and execution mindset
• Solid understanding of digital platforms, influencer marketing, and performance tracking
• Proficient in Canva, Google Suite, and social media ad platforms
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
