About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will work closely with our Marketing Head to drive growth through strategic marketing, sales initiatives, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the IT services industry, with a proven track record in lead generation and conversion.

This is a full-time position for immediate joiners only.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Head in planning and executing marketing and sales strategies
• Handle end-to-end lead generation and conversion cycles
• Manage inbound and outbound client communications
• Develop and maintain client relationships and partnerships
• Coordinate with internal teams for customized solution pitching
• Track marketing metrics and generate performance reports
• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets
• Support proposal creation and documentation as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development in the IT industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and digital tools
• Proven ability to manage the sales funnel from outreach to closure
• High level of ownership and accountability
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team setup

Good to Have

• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms
• Experience in international client communication and proposal writing
• Exposure to SaaS or product-based marketing is a plus
