Hiring Marketing Head
Location: Himayatnagar, Tolichowki, Attapur
Institution: St. Pauls and St. Josephs Group of Colleges

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Head to lead the marketing function across all our college branches. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in educational marketing, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for building impactful brands.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with institutional goals
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and target audiences

Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team
  • Build a results-driven culture and manage team KPIs

Brand Management

  • Drive brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Strengthen brand presence through creative and strategic campaigns

Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns including digital and offline
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure high return on investment

Performance Tracking

  • Track key marketing metrics and generate detailed performance reports
  • Use data insights to guide and improve marketing strategies

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with academic, admissions, and operations teams for alignment
  • Communicate strategies and outcomes with management and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience preferably in the education sector
  • Excellent leadership communication and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Managing marketing Campaigns: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: 5 years (Preferred)
  • total work: 6 years (Preferred)
  • Marketing: 5 years (Preferred)
