Marketing Executive

As a Marketing & Sales Executive is you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves planning and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing market data, and coordinating marketing efforts to achieve organizational objectives. Your primary focus is to raise awareness for our Jewelry Management Software, enhance its brand image among end consumers, engage effectively with targeted Jewelers, foster and strengthen customer relationships, and ultimately drive successful conversions into sales. Exceptional communication skills are crucial for achieving these goals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our jewellery management software to prospective clients. Providing training and ongoing support to clients to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of our jewellery management software. Gathering feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and inform product development and marketing strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the software industry or related field. Candidate based of Nagpur location willing to relocate to Solapure will be given priority. Strong understanding of the jewellery industry and its business operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field (preferred). Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. Location :- Nagpur & Solapur
