Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is

pivotal in enhancing our brand's digital presence through compelling content creation,

strategic use of AI tools, and effective management of our social media platforms. The ideal

candidate will be passionate about storytelling, adept with modern marketing technologies,

and possess a keen eye for design and video production.

Role & responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for various platforms,

including blogs, social media, whats app communication and email campaigns.

  • AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to optimize content strategies, analyze audience

engagement, and personalize marketing efforts.

  • Social Media Management: Oversee daily operations of social media accounts,

schedule posts, and engage with the online community to boost brand awareness.

  • Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit videos for promotional purposes, ensuring

alignment with brand messaging and aesthetics.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute

campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channels.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of content and

campaigns, using insights to inform future strategies.

  • Influencer Management:
  • Identify and engage influencers aligned with brand values and target

audiences.

  • Manage campaign coordinationfrom ideation to contract negotiation,

execution, and post-campaign reporting.

  • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI from influencer

efforts.

  • Maintain ongoing influencer relationships and ensure regulatory compliance

(#ad disclosures, brand guidelines)

  • Vendor Management:
  • Oversee selection, onboarding, and coordination of marketing vendors (e.g. agencies,

freelancers, studios).

  • Manage vendor contracts, timelines, deliverables, and payments.
  • Monitor vendor performance, ensure alignment with brand standards, and stay within

budget.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, creative and analytics

teams to drive cohesive campaign delivery.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyse content, influencer, and vendor-driven

campaigns. Present insights with actionable recommendations for future optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and video editing.

• Proficiency with AI tools relevant to marketing (e.g., content generation, analytics).

• Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
