About Us:

Business Development / Marketing Executive

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Student Enrollment

• Identify and connect with potential students through school visits, college fairs, webinars, and local outreach
• Convert leads into enrollments through consistent follow-up and counseling
• Handle admission inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins
• Conduct seminars, presentations, and open-house sessions at schools and career expos

2. Admission Partner Acquisition

• Identify and onboard student admission partners and referral agents
• Maintain relationships with education consultants and influencers
• Create and manage referral campaigns to drive quality student leads

3. Offline Marketing & Branding

• Execute outdoor campaigns including banners, flyers, hoardings, etc.
• Visit schools, tuition centers, and community hubs for promotion
• Organize awareness drives, seminars, outreach activities, and roadshows

4. Target-Driven Sales Approach

• Achieve monthly admission and outreach targets
• Work under pressure with a performance-based mindset
• Report weekly progress and lead status

5. Partnerships & Industry Relations

• Build and maintain tie-ups with schools, alumni, hotels, and industry bodies
• Coordinate guest lectures, internships, and placement-related collaborations

6. Market Research & Reporting

• Track competitor activity and trends in education marketing
• Prepare reports on campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI
• Use data to make smart, growth-focused decisions

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, business development, or educational marketing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Should be based in Goa or willing to relocate
• Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally (preferred)
