Job Description

Manual Tester :

We are looking for a Manual Tester with 2 years of hands-on experience in software testing to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, passionate about quality, and capable of identifying bugs and inconsistencies in a fast-paced development environment. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases based on requirements and user stories
Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables
Report QA metrics and test progress to stakeholders
Ensure software is compliant with specifications and standards
Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Manual Testing
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
Hands-on experience with test case management and defect tracking tools
Knowledge of web, mobile, and cross-browser testing
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
