Job Description

As a Recruiting Manager, Talent Attraction at Salesforce, you will lead the Sourcing organization in India to facilitate the rapid growth of our India offices and support the expanding businesses. Your role will involve defining operational strategies, understanding immediate and future talent needs, and collaborating with the Talent Delivery Recruiting team. You will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and motivating a team of Sourcing Recruiters to achieve key hiring goals while fostering a dynamic and collaborative team environment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the growth and development of the Sourcing Recruiting team, ensuring accountability and driving performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional Recruiting teams to meet hiring targets in the India Region and engage with the Sr. Recruiting Leadership team on Global Sourcing initiatives. Additionally, you will provide reporting to track performance metrics, progress on initiatives, and areas for improvement. Creating a culture of trust and support based on Salesforce's Behaviors and Values will be a key aspect of your role. You will establish an environment of continuous improvement that encourages self-learning and team empowerment to maximize the team's potential. By analyzing key metrics, you will contribute to data-driven decisions that support future growth plans, resource planning, and delivery models in partnership with Talent Delivery. In this role, you will continuously explore and implement new sourcing techniques, tools, and approaches to enhance the team's success by improving velocity and quality through enhanced funnel rates. With at least 10 years of recruiting experience, including a minimum of 3 years in management leading recruiting teams, you will bring a track record of developing internal partnerships and influencing cross-functional outcomes. Your expertise in reporting, data analysis, and collaboration will be essential in driving strategic decisions. Strong influencing and communication skills will enable you to present data to senior leaders, establish credibility, and build trust. A solid understanding of the talent landscape and experience in navigating hiring practices across regions will further support your success in this role.,
