Job Description

As a Recruiting Manager, Talent Attraction at Salesforce, you will lead the Sourcing organization in India to support the rapid growth of our India offices. You will collaborate with cross-functional Recruiting teams to meet hiring targets, drive accountability, and enhance team performance. Your role will involve partnering with senior Recruiting Leadership on Global Sourcing initiatives, creating a culture of trust and support, and fostering continuous improvement within the team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the growth and development of the Sourcing Recruiting team, delivering transparent reporting on key performance metrics, and influencing strategy through data-driven decisions. You will be expected to lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve key hiring goals while promoting a collaborative and dynamic work environment. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 10 years of recruiting experience with a minimum of 3 years in management. You must have a proven track record of developing internal partnerships, operational experience in reporting and data analysis, and exceptional influencing and communication skills. An understanding of the talent landscape, experience in navigating hiring practices across the region, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders are essential for success in this position.
