Role Overview

Manager – Strategic Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

🏛️ Government & Policy Engagement

• Build strong relationships with senior officials at central/state government departments.
• Represent Synergie in government consultations, policy forums, and inter-agency dialogues.
• Draft policy notes, white papers, and advocacy briefs to shape and inform policy thinking.

💼 CSR Fundraising & Donor Engagement

• Identify and engage CSR heads at top companies aligned to Synergie’s focus areas.
• Lead proposal development, pitch presentations, and customized program decks.
• Manage the full donor lifecycle – from prospecting to MoUs, reporting, and renewal.

🤝 Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Collaboration

• Forge alliances with think tanks, academic institutions, UN agencies, and global platforms.
• Organize multi-stakeholder consultations, innovation showcases, and ecosystem convenings.
• Position Synergie as a trusted implementation and policy partner at the national level.

📝 Collateral & Thought Leadership

• Develop impactful knowledge products: concept notes, decks, reports, and position papers.
• Collaborate with the communications team on storytelling and visibility campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• A strategic and confident communicator who can build trust and drive influence at senior levels.
• Deep understanding of India's 

  CSR ecosystem

  , 

  public sector processes

  , and the 

  development sector

  .
• Strong experience in 

  fundraising, stakeholder management

  , and 

  policy engagement

  .
• Ability to work independently, manage complex relationships, and balance multiple priorities.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills; ability to distill complex ideas into simple narratives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 

  5 years

   of relevant experience in public policy, strategic partnerships, CSR, or government affairs.
• Experience working in or with social enterprises, CSR foundations, policy think tanks, or government bodies.
• Master’s degree in Public Policy, Development, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong network across CSR decision-makers and/or government circles is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• 💰 

  Up to ₹12 lakhs per annum

   (80% fixed | 20% performance-based variable)
