Role Summary:Responsible for end-to-end management of education loan leads from call center, website, andmarketing campaign which are landing to call center. The role ensures timely allocation, effectivecoordination, and conversion tracking to support the Direct Sales team and achieve monthlydisbursal targets.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily EL lead inflow and allocate efficiently to sales resources. Coordinate between call center and field teams to ensure timely contact and follow-up. Track lead progress through all stages; identify and address drop-offs. Maintain and share daily/weekly MIS on lead status, conversions, and TAT. Evaluate lead quality and provide feedback to improve sourcing. Liaise with internal teams (Credit, Operations, CRM) to resolve issues. Support training of call center teams on pitch and data accuracy. Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory norms. Drive achievement of monthly lead conversion and disbursal targets.
Key Skills: Strong coordination and stakeholder management Excellent communication and analytical skills Proficiency in Excel, CRM, and MIS reporting Understanding of education loan or retail lending processe
Qualifications & Experience: Graduate (MBA/Postgraduate preferred) 45 years in lead/sales coordination or tele sales, preferably in BFSI Experience in education loans/retail lending is an added advantag
