Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Identify and prioritize key market segments and potential clients.
  3. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing pre-sales team.
  4. Guide in setting and achieving individual and team targets.
  5. Oversee the identification and acquisition of new clients through various channels.
  6. Implement effective lead-generation strategies and conversion tactics.
  7. Responsible for generating quality leads through website, email, and phone and converting them into sales to achieve targets.
  8. Responsible for Cold calling, Internet research, Data collection, Lead Generation, Outbound calling, and Customer relation building.
  9. Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  10. Use market insights to adjust strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  11. Review and enhance the quality of proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational capabilities.
  12. Support team members in crafting winning proposals for high-value projects.
  13. Drive revenue growth through effective negotiation, pricing strategies, and contract closures.
  14. Monitor and analyze business development team performance metrics.
  15. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and senior management, to ensure a unified approach to business development.
  16. Proven experience in nurturing client relationships and retaining business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Bachelors degree in a relevant field (such as engineering, computer science, or business).
  2. Experience with at least 4-5 years.
  3. Previous experience in a pre-sales or IT sales role, preferably in the [IT/ Advertising industry].
  4. Strong technical background with a good understanding of software solutions.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  7. Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.
  8. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools.
