Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Management Trainees to join our Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, and human resource operations while building a rewarding career in the staffing and manpower consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination, selection, onboarding)
  • Use job portals like Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs, and Shine for talent sourcing
  • Perform candidate screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles as per job descriptions (JD)
  • Work on bulk hiring, volume hiring, lateral hiring, fresher hiring, and campus recruitment
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand manpower requirements
  • Maintain and update candidate database, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports
  • Follow up with candidates on interview status, feedback, and joining formalities
  • Use Boolean search techniques, headhunting, cold calling, and LinkedIn sourcing
  • Support in offer management, salary negotiation, and background verification
