Management Intern

Locations: Kozhikode, Kannur, Palakkad, Thrissur, Kottayam, Alappuzha, Kollam, Neyyattinkara

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000/month
Duration: 3 – 6 months

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Management Intern to join our dynamic team and work closely with our sales Manager. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, client engagement, and marketing strategy across various regions of Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager with day-to-day projects and field activities
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads to expand our client base
• Contribute to the execution of online and offline marketing campaigns
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign and sales performance
• Manage CRM systems and maintain sales databases
• Conduct follow-ups via outbound calls to nurture leads
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and client discussions
• Engage in field activities such as house visits and promotional material distribution
• Share new ideas to improve marketing and sales efforts
• Document your learning and present insights to the team
• Identify areas for operational improvement and suggest solutions

Ideal Candidate

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-motivated learner with a proactive attitude
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
