Job Description

MIS ENGINEER SUBSTATION EXPERIENCE MANDATORY

JOB LOCATION: SAUDI ARABIA

INTERVIEW LOCATION:FARIDABAD,CHENNAI

  • Data Collection & Reporting:

  • Collect, validate, and compile project-related data from various departments (engineering, procurement, construction, etc.).
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and clients.

  • MIS & Documentation:

  • Develop and manage spreadsheets, dashboards, and automated tools to track project progress, manpower, material, and equipment.
  • Maintain proper documentation and backup of all MIS data for audit purposes.

  • Coordination & Support:

  • Coordinate with site teams and departments for timely data input and clarification.
  • Support planning and scheduling teams with data analytics and performance indicators (KPIs).

  • System Implementation:

  • Assist in implementing project management software and digital tools used at the site (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, ERP systems).

  • Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data being reported.
  • Conduct regular checks and audits on MIS entries and project tracking tools.
