Job Responsibilities: Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pharmaceutical packaging machinery. Preventive Maintenance: Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance. Quality Control: Ensure that all machines are calibrated and maintained to meet strict pharmaceutical quality standards. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, protocols, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Machine Operation Support: Monitor and support packaging operations, identifying and resolving machine issues in real time. Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted production and compliance. Additional Responsibilities: Scheduled Maintenance: Conduct tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, calibration, and part replacement as per the maintenance schedule. Spare Parts Management: Monitor inventory levels of critical spare parts and raise requisitions for timely procurement. Training & Development: Engage in ongoing training sessions to improve technical know-how and operational efficiency. Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, equipment downtime, and repair records for audit and compliance. Skills & Qualifications: Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of packaging machinery, mechanical components, pneumatic systems, and basic electrical systems. Troubleshooting Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions efficiently. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain precision in equipment setup and ensure high-quality packaging output. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with team members and support functions.
