Roles and Responsibilities: Routine Maintenance: Regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs of machinery, equipment, and systems Troubleshooting and Repairs: Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, or other issues that affect operations Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement maintenance schedules. Ensure timely maintenance of equipment to avoid interruptions to production. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment to ensure that repairs can be performed without delays. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history. Generate reports for management on the status of equipment and maintenance operations.
