Design, build and maintain clients’ social media presence and implement a posting strategy Understand different client cohorts (new vs. repeat, broken down by source, locations, profiles, sectors, etc. ) and behavior across platforms Assist in the creation and implementation of comprehensive email campaigns Develop and maintain a consistent look and feel for email communications Develop promotional content and materials for email campaigns Review and analyze email data Assist in the development of reports from data analysis Maintaining the social media handles with regular posts, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Strategize and executing online marketing strategies and Google AdWords, Social Media Marketing, SEO and other SEM campaigns for Lead Generation and executing them Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field. Excellent writing and proofreading skills. Experience using CRM. Should be familiar with MailChimp, Active Campaign, Pardot or other email marketing channels. Knowledge of HTML is also mandatory. Good communication and negotiation skills. Having fluency in both written and spoken English language is a must Preferred Experience 2-5 years in handling Email Marketing, SEM and SMM at any reputed brand in India. A startup experience would be preferred.
