Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive – Lead Generation (Fresher) Location: B-11, sector 2 Noida Job Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Digital Marketing Fresher who is eager to start their career with a strong focus on lead generation . If you're result-oriented, data-driven, and excited about finding potential customers through online channels, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Execute lead generation strategies using digital marketing channels like LinkedIn, email marketing, and social media. Build and manage targeted email campaigns to generate quality leads. Identify, research, and qualify potential leads through online tools and platforms. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results. Maintain lead databases and ensure accuracy in tracking leads and conversions. Collaborate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and gather feedback on lead quality. Assist in creating landing pages, lead magnets, and content that drive conversions. Stay updated with digital trends and lead generation best practices. Requirements: Fresher or up to 6 months of internship/experience in digital marketing or lead generation. Basic understanding of lead generation strategies and digital tools. Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads, Mailchimp, or HubSpot (a plus). Good communication skills – both written and verbal. Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the field of performance marketing.
