AOP is responsible to provide visibility on operations performance and implement programs to improve network efficiency and defect reduction. The team has a diverse mix of strong engineers, Analysts and Scientists who champion customer obsession. We enable operations to make data-driven decisions through developing near real-time dashboards, self-serve dive-deep capabilities and building advanced analytics capabilities. We identify and implement data-driven metric improvement programs in collaboration (co-owning) with Operations teams. Job Summary We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive MIS Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and automate MIS reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets. Analyze complex data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across systems and databases. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements. Prepare and present clear reports and data visualizations to senior management. Preferred Skills & Experience Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar data-management role. Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and automation. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Working knowledge of Looker Studio, Power BI, Google Analytics, AppScript, and dashboard creation. Familiarity with MIS, FMS, IMS, and PMS systems. A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly explain data insights. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver accurate outputs within deadlines.
