What you will be doing?

• Define and execute Trademo’s AI roadmap across five core products
• Architect and implement GenAI pipelines for document intelligence, HS code classification, sanctions screening, and supply chain mapping
• Lead R&D on LLM-based tools (e.g., RAG, prompt optimization, fine-tuning, agents)
• Work hands-on with engineers to build and scale production-ready models
• Mentor and manage a small team of AI/ML engineers and interns
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and compliance SMEs
• Stay ahead of trends in GenAI, transformers, open-source LLMs, and model orchestration tools

Desired Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in applied AI/ML, with at least 3 years focused on LLMs/GenAI
• Strong background in machine learning, NLP, and Python-based AI tooling (LangChain, HuggingFace, etc.)
• Experience deploying models in production within SaaS or platform environments
• Ability to architect, prototype, and optimize AI systems end-to-end
• Prior experience managing small teams or mentoring engineers
• Exposure to compliance, fintech, logistics, or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
