Key Responsibilities:

●     Monitor daily NDR reports shared by logistics partners and identify delivery failures.

●     Investigate non-delivery reasons (e.g., customer unavailable, incorrect address, refused delivery).

●     Initiate and track reattempt requests with logistics providers.

●     Coordinate with customer care and sales teams to validate delivery addresses and customer availability

●     Update internal systems (ERP/WMS) with NDR resolution status and ensure data accuracy.

●     Follow up on reattempted deliveries to ensure completion within SLA.

●     Analyze frequent NDR patterns and recommend corrective actions to reduce failure rates.

●     Generate daily/weekly NDR resolution and RTO rate reports for internal reviews.

●     Maintain communication with courier partners to ensure adherence to NDR response timelines.

●     Escalate unresolved NDR cases or SLA breaches to senior management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

●     Strong understanding of last-mile logistics and courier coordination.

●     Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.

●     Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

●     Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and logistics tracking portals.

●     Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

●     Customer-centric approach and operational accountability.

Qualifications:

●     Graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

●     1–3 years of experience in logistics operations or e-commerce fulfilment.

●     Familiarity with courier platforms (Delhivery, XpressBees, Ecom Express, etc.) is a plus.
