Creation of procurement report for multiple projects. Creation of Vendor data and Vendor Management. Coordination with Procurement and Engineering Teams, workshop and outside suppliers / vendors. Arranging and coordination of material transport / shipment via road, rail , air and sea. Must be handled import and export documentation for shipment of materials. Arranging for dispatch and transport of material from various locations. Getting offers/quotations from the various Shipping Vendors and Transporters, as per requirement of projects. Multi department co-ordination and follow up. Desired candidate profile: Graduate with experience in logistics/transport with import & export documentation.
