Key Responsibilities:

We are actively seeking a results-driven Logistics Manager who will be responsible for setup logistics business

• Manage daily logistics operations including dispatch, inventory, transportation, and warehousing.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, freight brokers, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Supervise OTR (Over-The-Road) trucking and manage drayage from ports to warehouses.
• Use platforms like DAT Load Board for carrier matching and freight planning.
• Work closely with dispatchers to assign loads and track driver movement.
• Maintain proper documentation, stock records, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
• Handle international logistics and customs clearance processes when needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service to resolve delivery or shipment queries.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify gaps and suggest improvements in logistics performance.
• Utilize ERP systems and logistics software for tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics/supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of transport networks, freight operations, and inventory handling.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with logistics software and ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
