Trucking Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily trucking operations with third-party trucking companies.
• Verify and validate all transportation-related documents, including permits, invoices, and delivery slips.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice verification and processing.
• Handle client communication and ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Negotiate rates and terms with trucking vendors to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Track shipment progress and resolve any transportation-related issues.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients and logistics partners.
• Monitor compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or trucking coordination.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Familiarity with freight documentation and invoice reconciliation.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Working knowledge of logistics software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
