Logistic Supervisor

Title: Centre Head – HSRP Operations Location: Aundh, Maharashtra Experience: 3–5 years Industry Background Preferred: Tech-driven operations/logistics platforms About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Centre Head to lead our HSRP number plate fitment centre. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in vehicle-related services (preferably HSRP), combined with a strong background in high-volume, fast-paced operations. This role requires strong people management skills, operational acumen, and the ability to work with technology-driven systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations of the HSRP fitment center to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance, fostering a high-performance culture. Oversee customer service standards and resolve escalations efficiently. Coordinate with backend tech teams to optimize workflows using digital tools (e.g., dashboards, CRMs, booking systems). Maintain accurate inventory of HSRP stock and ensure timely replenishment. Continuously identify areas for improvement and automation within the fitment process. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management; Technologically adept; comfortable with dashboards, mobile apps, CRM systems, and data analysis. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Willingness to work in a field-intensive environment and manage ground-level challenges. Good communication skills (Hindi and English preferred; regional languages a plus). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
