Job Purpose Lead Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel Key Responsibilities Independently handle litigation including form strategy, ensuring execution and guarding stakeholder in best possible manner. Independently drafting and critically vet contracts, tenders, RFQ, legal pleadings, communication, notices, engagement letters, opinion etc and advice the business leader / function heads accordingly including share critics.
