LinkedIn Specialist – Lead Generation & Sales (Digital Marketing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients and decision-makers on LinkedIn
• Generate qualified leads through outreach, messaging, and engagement strategies
• Build and manage LinkedIn campaigns for digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, SMO, Web Development)
• Create engaging and personalized message sequences to initiate conversations and nurture prospects
• Manage the lead pipeline and follow up consistently to convert leads into paying customers
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on targeting, messaging, and performance goals
• Track and report weekly/monthly lead generation performance and sales outcomes

Requirements:

• Proven experience with LinkedIn lead generation and B2B sales
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to craft compelling outreach messages and build relationships
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and performance-driven
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outreach automation platforms is a plus
