Job Description

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. 1–2 years of experience in a legal role, with exposure to real estate law. Sound knowledge of real estate regulations, land laws, and contract law. Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Review, draft, and manage real estate agreements, lease deeds, sale agreements, MoUs, and other property-related documents. Provide legal advice on real estate transactions, land acquisition, and property development projects. Ensure compliance with local, state, and national real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and land regulations. Coordinate with government authorities for property registration, title verification, and due diligence. Support litigation management, including preparation of case briefs, coordination with external legal counsel, and court follow-ups. Assist in identifying potential legal risks and suggest mitigation strategies. Maintain legal documentation and update records as per internal protocols. Familiarity with RERA compliance and documentation. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
