You will co-lead the design, development, and execution of a holistic SEL program, mentor team, and build partnerships with schools, government bodies, and other organizations. This role demands a strong passion to drive meaningful impact in children's and educators’ social emotional development across Bhumi’s partner schools. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the creation of SEL frameworks and training modules suited for diverse school settings. Provide strategic support to school teams to ensure effective and contextualized implementation of SEL initiatives. Drive data-informed decision-making and oversee program M&E, documentation and donor reporting. Guide team members through coaching, reflection, and capacity-building initiatives. Represent the program in engagements with school leaders, government officials, partner NGOs, and donors to build visibility and alignment. Educational Qualification/Experience: Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related fields. Minimum 3–4 years of experience in SEL, school education, or wellbeing programs Proven experience in curriculum development, adult training and educational program management. Knowledge & Skill sets required: Strong people leadership and coaching skills. Systems thinking with a grasp of school transformation and education ecosystems. Excellent facilitation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Analytical thinking and commitment to evidence-based improvement.
