Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming service requests and incidents via phone, email, or ticketing system. Accurately log, categorize, and prioritize all requests in the ticketing system. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking. Provide support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices, including installations and configurations. Assist users with application-related problems and provide training as needed. Maintain documentation of technical processes and procedures for future reference. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues. Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
