Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Administrator to manage and support our enterprise Power BI environment. The Power BI Admin will be responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and security of Power BI services, implementing governance policies, and supporting users across the organization in the use of Power BI.Key Responsibilities:Manage the Power BI Service environment including workspace creation, user access, and capacity management.Implement and enforce Power BI governance policies and data security standards.Monitor and optimize Power BI performance, usage, and licensing.Administer Power BI Gateway installations and troubleshoot connectivity issues.Manage Power BI tenant settings, usage metrics, and audit logs.Support end-users and developers by resolving technical issues and providing best practices.Coordinate with Azure and Microsoft 365 administrators to manage integrations and identity/access control.Maintain documentation on environment configurations, procedures, and standards.Evaluate and implement Power BI feature updates and ensure system compatibility.Provide training and onboarding to new Power BI users and stakeholders.Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data integrity and report accuracy.
