Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Any UST India Location
Experience: 5+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Must-Have Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale product development projects.
Strong experience in writing EPICs, Capabilities, Features, and User Stories.
Proven analytical skills with ability to interpret data and business needs into technical documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experienced in Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, delivering high-value outcomes.
Prior experience collaborating with remote scrum teams in a distributed Agile environment.
Proficiency in technical writing and creation of detailed documentation.
Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Good-to-Have Qualifications:

Prior retail industry experience or exposure to retail product development.
Exposure to Lean Agile principles and mindset.
Experience developing and maintaining training materials or launch documentation.
Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!).
