Lead Generation & Outreach Executive

About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for a Lead Generation & Outreach Executive who can consistently drive qualified leads using LinkedIn, cold email, and other online channels. If you’re a sharp communicator who understands how to get attention, start conversations, and book meetings — we want you on our team.

You’ll be responsible for generating both B2B and B2C leads, crafting personalized outreach messages, and nurturing prospects through the pipeline for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify ideal prospects across LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Craft and send personalized cold outreach messages (LinkedIn DMs, emails, etc.).
• Follow up with leads and book meetings for the sales team.
• Collaborate closely with sales and strategy teams to optimize outreach performance.
• Maintain accurate data and notes in CRM tools.
• Analyze outreach results and suggest improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or outreach (preferred).
• Freshers with excellent English skills and eagerness to learn are welcome.
• Strong written & verbal English communication skills.
• Creative thinker with an eye for persuasive messaging and copywriting.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools (like Instantly, Lemlist, etc.), and basic CRM usage.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and goal-focused.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have worked with marketing agencies or SaaS companies.
• Understand ICP research and buyer intent.
• Have experience setting up outreach systems or sequences.
