Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, directories, and databases. Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to connect with potential customers or decision-makers. Understand prospects' needs and determine their fit with the company's products or services. Update and maintain lead information, call outcomes, and follow-ups in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce). Clearly communicate product/service benefits and value to generate interest. Schedule demos or meetings for senior sales reps or managers with qualified leads. Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects who have shown interest or requested more information. Share market feedback and call insights with the marketing and sales teams for campaign optimization. Track and report on daily calling activity, lead conversions, and campaign success rates. Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and industry trends to refine messaging.
