Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential international clients for accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and compliance services.
• Build and maintain relationships with global business owners, startups, and accounting firms for outsourced services.
• Develop and execute strategies for lead generation through online and offline channels.
• Represent the firm in global networking events, virtual meetups, and professional forums.
• Collaborate with the internal team to create proposals, pricing, and service offerings.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and convert them into long-term clients.
• Stay updated on global tax regulations and accounting trends to pitch relevant services

Requirements:

• Proven experience in international business development or sales, preferably in accounting or financial services.
• Strong understanding of global accounting standards and compliance requirements.
• Global Accounting Business Development Executive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach platforms such as LinkedIn.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience working with or for a Chartered Accountant or CPA firm.
• Network in overseas markets such as the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.
